Technological Development at Mapék Trading and Service Ltd.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 3307484320

Mapék Trading and Service Ltd. submitted a grant application under the Rural Development Programme (RDP) within the framework of Call VP-4.2.1-4-2-2-2-21 entitled “Comprehensive Development of Food Processing Facilities”;  (Application Reference: 3307484320). The application was approved, and the project was successfully implemented.

As part of the project, a cold storage facility was constructed and complemented by the installation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system, contributing to improved energy efficiency and sustainable operation.

The project also included a comprehensive technological upgrade through the procurement of several items of production equipment, including a dough mixer, carton sealing machine, packaging machine, spiral freezing tower, refrigeration system, and storage racking system. To improve internal material handling processes, the company also acquired one TCM RTM 160 forklift truck and two Noblelift PSE 15-L-C2 electric pallet stackers.

The project was completed with the implementation of a customised enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, enhancing the company’s operational management and business processes.

The investment received non-repayable grant funding amounting to HUF 532,674,966, covering 100% of the eligible project costs.
